Sorbitol powder
Highly water-soluble stabilizer.
Retains and stabilizes moisture in a product. Preserves the plasticity of pastes in which it is incorporated, without coloring them.
Recommended dosage: between 1.5% and 2.5% by weight. Can be incorporated at all stages of production.
Protect from light and moisture, at room temperature (min. 10°C - max. 25°C) 12 months in closed packaging / 2 months at room temperature after opening
