Protects fruit from oxidation and dehydration. Stable texture on all types of supports (domes, logs, etc.). Rapid gelling, constant shine, suitable for deep-freezing.
Ready-to-use, do not add water. Stir before use, then apply with a brush or spatula.
Protect from light and moisture, at room temperature (10-25°C). Keep refrigerated after opening.
