Cocoa butter-based food coloring naturally colored with radish, apple and blackcurrant plant extracts.
Ideal for decorating the surface of molded chocolates. Ready-to-use, easy to apply. Fat-soluble food coloring. Velvet effect when sprayed.
Use directly with a brush, or spray or airbrush. Before use, heat to 30-35°C in a microwave, bain-marie or oven.
Protect from light and humidity, at room temperature (min. 10°C- max. 20°C). 24 months closed / 3 weeks after opening.
