Ready to use. Use as an insert, spreading the crispy filling directly onto a cookie base, tartlet base or eclair choux pastry base. Can also be used in chocolate factories as a chocolate candy filling and in catering for plate decorations. To soften the texture, the product can be heated for a few moments in the microwave.
Shelf life depends on storage conditions, 12 months from date of manufacture. In original, well-closed packaging, protected from light and humidity (65% maximum) in a temperate place (25°C maximum).
