Glace Royale (Décor base pièce montée)
Powdered preparation for masking polystyrene or plastic bases of set pieces, showpieces and buffets, entremets, glazes, petits fours.
Can be applied with a palette knife to cover the entire base of mounted pieces. Can also be used for writing and decorating with cornet or ornaments made with fine-decorated sockets (flowers, ribbons, etc.) To clean displays, simply run under hot water.
Mix 500 g Glace Royale powder and 100 g water. Beat for 3 minutes and garnish immediately. Soft consistency, work with a spatula or plastic bag.
Protect from light and moisture, at room temperature (10-25°C). 18 months closed packaging / 2 months at room temperature after opening.
